I’m a Berlin-based consultant helping corporates and startups achieving their business goals by applying my 12+ years of experience in building digital ventures.

Combining a startup founder’s mentality with
digital strategy consulting

My passion is to build new digital products and companies, no matter if it’s for startups, scale-ups or corporates. I feel home in both the B2B and B2C world. To always ensure efficiency and goal-orientation, I’m appyling proven frameworks from exploration to implementation. My track record includes SaaS, mobile apps, marketplaces and e-commerce business models.

My approach is based on three key pillars
to build successful digital ventures

  • Strategy - Norman Wiese

    Strategy

Setting clear goals to then derive milestones and measurable initiatives is key to building a successful digital venture. In the corporate context, it is crucial to align the venture-internal execution with the overall corporate strategy. That’s why I am always taking a holistic view to tackle the challenges ahead. In that process, my broad experience allows me to recognize patterns quickly, avoid mistakes and develop a tangible narrative that every stakeholder can align on.

  • Growth - Norman Wiese

    Growth

One of the biggest challenges for (early-stage) ventures is to find the necessary traction to achieve the next milestone or funding round. ‘Growth’ in the digital venture context is a holistic discipline, combining three key capabilities: marketing, analytics and product management. With my experience being rooted in all three fields, I always try to find the most efficient way to bring a venture to the next growth stage.

  • Product - Norman Wiese

    Product

Before scaling marketing, sales or operations, it is key to demonstrate product-market-fit and to define the ‘ideal customer profile’ - no matter if building a B2B or B2C product. Being a product guy at heart myself, I am always trying to push for the biggest impact with the least (development) effort, building a bridge between business and IT that is crucial to success for a digital venture.
